Sending messages

With Spirit messages, we make it easy to communicate with your whole community, or your individual teams and groups with the touch of a button.

  1.  Log in to the Admin Console here, or you can sign in, and click on “Open Admin Console” at the top of your “Spotlight” page.
  2. Using the main navigation bar on the left, click on "Messages"          Screen_Shot_2019-02-27_at_3.35.33_PM.png
  3. Enter "Title and Text" of message then select “Send to all users” or “Send to certain Groups/ Teams”.



What Is a Title?

(Exp. Delay, Event Updates, Schedule Changes, etc.)

What Is a Text?

(Exp.  Rain Delay, Venue Change, etc.)


4. When you have completed your message, click “Send” and it will be sent to all desired recipients.



Heads up! This action requires the "Send Messages" permission. If you do not have this permission you will not be able to send messages. Your organization's administrator has the ability to give you this permission.
