*The billing contact at your school will be our point of contact for any and all questions regarding billing and payment information. This person will receive all invoices.
1. Log in to the Admin Console here, or you can sign in, and click on “Open Admin Console” at the top of your “Spotlight” page.
2. Click on the “settings” tab on the left side of the screen.
3. select the “Payment Methods” tab located in the billing section of your school’s settings.
4. Click on the "Edit" button on the right side of the screen in the "Billing Contact" box
5. Fill in all necessary info for your billing contact in the boxes provided, then click the "Save" button when done.
Heads up! This action requires the "Edit school settings and billing info" permission. If you do not have this permission you will not be able to see billing history. Your organization's administrator has the ability to give you this permission.
